COURSE DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES:

The present course aims at imparting the knowledge of Artificial Intelligence basics and relevance of the search algorithms for data acquisition and learning procedures to be adopted from the acquired data. The objective of this course is to make the students apply the concepts of AI in the field of robotics.

COURSE OUTCOMES: At the end of the course, the student should be able to:

v   Explain the importance, environment and agents of AI

v   Implement basic AI search algorithms.

v   Identify appropriate reasoning methodology to address uncertainty in data search

v   Formalize a given problem by suitable planning technique.

v   Apply the concepts of AI in the field of Robotics.

§    Understand the environment of AI

§    Select suitable search method for data retrieving

§    Address the uncertainty issues in searching algorithms

Apply suitable AI learning technique for Robotic applications
